
Gillian Homeri:
Gillian Homeri speaks English, Spanish, French, German and Hungarian. An experienced management consultant, freelance journalist and translator, Gillian has an equally strong background in cultural relations and human resources.
For the last 15 years her career has taken her around the world. She has designed and delivered professional training programmes from Bogota to Tokyo. In her spare time she has co-produced and presented a radio programme serving the Kurdish community in the north west of England, managed community cultural events and organised a highly successful charity campaign for refugees.
Gillian has now settled in Granada, in the picturesque village of Moclin.

Rizgar Homeri:
Rizgar Homeri is an experienced translator and interpreter and a writer in his first language (Kurdish). He also speaks Arabic and English to native speaker level.
Rizgar has worked in community relations since the nineteen eighties, including events management and the production and editing of radio programmes in English and Kurdish. He designs and translates publicity materials in Arabic (clients include local authorities and Greater Manchester Police). Rizgar has also worked for the British Council, as part of their prestigious web content team.

Kate Babb:
Kate Babb is bilingual in English and Spanish, having lived and worked in Spain for twenty years.
After an initial period working as an English teacher en Seville, Kate joined the staff of a national electronics firm, Codelan S.A., where she worked as a PA and translator for seven years. During this time she was able to perfect her Spanish and acquire ample knowledge of the Spanish business sector. Among the most important projects that Kate worked on as a translator and coordinator are the electronic access systems to the Expo 92 world fair in Seville and the Valencia underground. Kate moved to Granada in 1995 in order to coordinate the opening of a new branch of the company, where she worked until 1997. After several years working as a freelance translator, Kate returned to the business world as director of a language services company (Only Connect Language Services), until the creation of Pomegranate PR.
Kate lives in Granada with her family.
